To be eligible for a return, items must be:

• In their original packaging
• In the same condition you received them

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned or refunded:

• Opened or used wellness products (e.g., oils, sprays, bath products)

 Damaged or Faulty Items

 

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours with:

• A description of the issue
• Clear photos of the damage

 

We will arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval or rejection.

Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 3–7 business days.

Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
